Application to Physical Activity

A

Meaningfulness - If athlete is able to give the action meaning, they will have more chance of committing it to their LTM.
Mental Imagery - The athlete could use this to imagine them performing a movement before playing, will help the rehearse the movement
Using Associations - Athlete should associate the movement with sounds, feelings and as many other senses as they can.
