What was the universal declaration of human rights
This declaration asserted that no culture and no individuals are superior to any others. All people are equal in deserving of rights and dignity. These human rights are above any rights guaranteed by the constitution, set of laws, or government. Human rights are inherent parts of human existence.
What are aboriginal rights
I believe all rights belong to a group of people because of their position as indigenous peoples. They and their ancestors have a long history of occupying and using the land. This history entitles them to sharing cultural and land rights.
What is a land claim, and an aboriginal title
Is when a group of people assure it’s right to title or other rights regarding certain territories. Aboriginal title is a legal right to the exclusive use and a company valency of the specific territory, which is usually ancestral land.
What is collective rights
Collective rights that belonged to a group of people such as aboriginal rights.
What are individual rights
Protect people’s ability to pursue their lives in their own self interest.
What are inherent rights
Inherent rights can not be taken away, transferred, or surrendered. Inherent rights can not be given but can be recognized by a government. These rights are sometimes called inalienable rights.
What is the universal declaration of human rents
The protection of rights of every individual.

A movement created to end racial discrimination and segregation in america
