Traduire:

NOTE: The word “o’clock” is always optional and can only be used when the minute hand is on the “12”.
So we can’t say for example: “It’s one o’clock fifteen.” We can only say “It’s one fifteen.” or “It’s a quarter past one.” or “It’s quarter after one.”
