What complications could arise from measles? (2)

They wont killed the measles virus but will help with any complications that could occur from it

Is a highly contagious viral infection
When do signs and symptoms usually appear for the mumps after being exposed to the virus?
2-3 weeks
- this is known as the incubation period
- can spread to other people before you realize you even have it
What is the treatment for mumps?
There is none
- take meds to decrease the symptoms and control the pain and bring down the fever

A mild disease in children or young adults
- different from measles
How is rubella transmitted?
By airborne droplets by coughs and sneezes

Tightening of muscles
- can be extremely painful
- effects neck muscles making it hard to breath/swallow

- Contact with infected soil
- Contact with infected dust
- Manure through a cut, scratch or wound
What can tetanus lead to?
Death
