words written on a tombstone.
ex. What will the epitaph on your tombstone say?
obituary(N).
notice of someones death, usually in the newspaper
Ex. To my suprise, I saw my obituary in the newspaper. But .. But.. I wasn’t dead? Or was I?
omnivorous(adj).
taking in all kinds of things
Ex. As an omnivorous reader, I venture from book to book, regardless of the genre
inter(V).
to put in the ground
ex. On a rainy november morning, we interred grandma
permeate(V).
to spread throughout
ex. the smell of garlic permeated the kitchen
lacerate(V).
The barbwire caught on his skin and lacerated it, the lacerations were severe.

an interpretation of a performance.
After listening to Peter Gabriel’s rendition of the song, I realized I prefer the rendition.
subservient(adj).
serving or acting in a subordinate manner.
ex. We would get along much bettrt if you didnt treat me subservient to you.
exodus(n).
A mass departure of people, especially emigrants
Ex. International relief agencies began to respond as a huge exodus of refugees began to require immediate emergency relief.
largesse(n).
the act of giving away money
ex. He relied on the largesse of friends after he lost his job.
resurgence(noun).
A growth or increase that occurs after a long period without it.
ex. There has been some resurgence in economic activity recently
stipend(n).
a usually small amount of money that is paid regularly to someone.
ex. The stipend you’ll receive as an intern will just barely cover your housing costs.
stereotype(v).
to believe unfairly that all people or things with a particular characteristic are the same
ex. It’s not fair to stereotype a whole group of people based on one person you don’t like
