Able to talk in a foreign language.
ex. She’s conversant in several languages.

gullible
ex. He was too credulous, he basically ate up everything she said, believing every word.
euphoria(n).
a feeling or great happiness and excitement.
ex. The initial euphoria following their victory in the election has now subsided.
fortuitous(adj).
happening by chance.
ex.
His presence there was entirely fortuitous.
hypothetical(adj).
not real, imagined as an example
ex. She described a hypothetical cass to clarify her point.
incoherent(adj).
not able to talk or express yourself in a clear way that can be easily understood.
ex. He was very upset and practically incoherent after the accident.
miniscule(adj).
very small.
ex. I can’t blame you for having a miniscule brain.
pleasantry(n).
something (such as a greeting) that people say in order to be polite.
ex. The two ambassadors exchanged pleasantries and shook hands.
procastinate(v).
to put off something for a long time.
ex. Sangeeta likes to procastinate all the time.
qualm(n).
a feeling of doubt or uncertainty about whether you are doing the right thing.
ex. he accepted their offer w/o a qualm.
stigma(n).
negative unfair beliefs society or group of people have about something.
ex. There’s a social stigma attached to receiving welfare.
