What did Aaron do upon their demand?

A

Aaron asked the people to take off their gold earrings from their ears of their wives, sons and daughters and bring them to him. He then melted the gold and made it into a mold and cast the image of a calf. After seeing this the people said that the golden calf with their God that brought them out of slavery. When Aaron made an altar in front of the calf and ask the people to have a festival the next morning.

A

The next morning after Aaron had asked for a festival, the people rose early in the morning and offered burnt offerings and sacrifices of well-being and people sat down to eat and drink and rose to revel (enjoying by singing and dancing after drinking).

God told Moses to stretch his hand at his staff on the Red Sea which was impossible to cross that was making it easy for the Egyptian soldiers to catch them. Then when Moses did that the sea parted to two sides making a water wall and they saw dry land to escape. While the chariots of pharaoh and the soldiers came, the sea became back to normal and golfing all the enemies.
