Trebus letter
A letter provided by the defense to the prosecutor in anticipation of the case proceeding to the grand jury which lays out or proffers exculpatory evidence to be presented to the grand jury
จดหมายจากฝ่ายจำเลยยื่นแก่อัยการเพื่อส่งต่อให้ grand juryเพื่อแสดงหลักฐานที่อาจช่วยให้จำเลยพ้นผิด
Motion to remand
คำขอจากฝ่ายจำเลยให้ส่งคดีกลับไปที่ grand jury เนื่องจากมีความผิดพลาดทางอคติ
A request by the defense requesting the judge remand or send back the case to the grand jury due to a prejudicial error.
