Conversation between brahmin and king

Answer 1

King offers a thousand cows for brahmin to state who brahman was. Brahmin mentions the names of all the gods whom he thinks brahman was which the king refutes. The king then points to the self which he claims is behind all vitality in the world as brahman.

Conversation between first wife and soon to be sanyassi husband

Answer 2

First wife asks her husband for knowledge of liberation instead of money and wealth. He responds by saying the things people care about and do in life are actually done to gratify the self and one can only achieve liberation by concentrating on the self to become aware of it.

Question 3

Conversation between second wife and soon to be sanyassi husband

Answer 3

Second wife asks a brahmin who is responsible for creating water, which he responds air and then who is responsible for creating air, which he responds the intermediate region and so on and so forth until brahman is reached which is the end all be all. When she asks who is responsible for creating brahman he is unable to answer and gets annoyed with her.
