Chapter 13: knower of the field and the field
The field is equal to the body and the knower of the field is the atman. A combination of this makes up existance and so does prakrithi and purusha. Brahman is the highest purusha located in all things, beings and matter and is located in everything and everyone. When someone becomes aware of the field, and knower of the field (atman), and sees brahman in everything they liberate.
Chapter 14: The three gunas
The three gunas sattva, rajas and tamas bind the soul to the body. Sattva binds the soul through happiness and knowledge, rajas through desire for action, and tamas binds the soul through madness and restlessness. A person who has transcended these three gunas is not bothered by the cease of or presence of the effects of material nature and understands them simply as an interaction of the three gunas. Such a person is fully devoted to god and will attain liberation.
Chapter 15: The yoga of the supreme purusa
You need to detach from all of your desires of the sense objects to liberate, there are two types of beings the changeable (live in the highest heaven and the unchangeable(live in material world), the supreme purusha is the supreme being which controls all of the souls in the world and exists in all things. The small fragment of the supreme purusha makes up the soul which takes up the 6 senses and the mind when it takes existance in this world. A yogi is full of knowledge and is aware that of the atman situated in them but ignorant cannot find out no matter how hard they try.
