What is the difference between somatic and autonomic information .
Somatic is stuff we have control over, such as voluntary muscle movement and sensory information we are aware of. Whereas autonomic is stuff we do not have control of such as involuntary muscle movement and sensory information we are unaware of.
How is 5e nervous system divided regarded types of information being transmitted.

What is a voltage gated ion channel?
Transmembrane proteins that form ion channels that are activated by changes in electrical membrane potential near the Chanel
Define threshhold?
The magnitude or intensity that must be exceeded for a certain reaction to occur.
