How do you go about leading your projects, people and teams in your role as a project manager?

A

So I first want to make sure that everybody is aware of their duties.

As a project manager, it’s important to ensure that everybody has a clear understanding of the objectives and the client’s aspirations for the project.

During the project and make sure that everybody’s motivated and matches the right people, and the right skills are being used within the project in terms of expertise and knowledge.

A

RIBA plan 2020 is the latest one,
There are 8 stages numbered from 0 to 7 that relate to key stages in the project lifecycle, such as planning design, construction, handover and end-use.
