Maximum freedom.
Leadership vacuum can occur where an informal leader may arise.
Laissez-Faire/a permissive leadership
Combines the positive features of authoritative and participative/democratic leadership styles.
Leader provides maximum structure when the situation requires it.
Provides maximum group participation when needed.
Support and encouragement provided to subordinates at all times.
