Q

Whats the best scenario to ensure the best performance when it comes to leadership behaviour

A

The closer the leaders behaviour is to what the performers expect the greater the chance of optimal arousal/high quality performance/levels of satisfaction.

Therefore the closer the required behaviour is to the preffered behaviour the better the quality of performance and levels of satisfaction as long as the leader chooses the correct actual behaviour
