3.4.14 RCS Operational LEAKAGE
a. No pressure boundary LEAKAGE
b. 1 gpm unidentified LEAKAGE
c. 10 gpm identified LEAKAGE
d. 150 gallons per day primary to secondary LEAKAGE through any one steam generator

APPLICABILITY: MODES 1, 2, 3, and 4.
3.4.15 RCS Pressure Isolation Valve (PIV) LEAKAGE
Leakage from each RCS PIV shall be within limits.
APPLICABILITY: MODES 1, 2, and 3, MODE 4, except valves in the shutdown cooling flow path where in, or during the transition to or from, the SDC mode of operation
3.4.16 RCS LEAKAGE Detection Instrumentation
a. One containment sump monitor; and
b. One containment atmosphere radioactivity monitor (gaseous and particulate).
3.7.14 Fuel Storage Pool Water Level
The fuel storage pool water shall be ≥ 23 feet over the top of irradiated fuel assemblies seated in the storage racks.
APPLICABILITY: During movement of irradiated fuel assemblies in the fuel storage pool.
3.7.15 Fuel Storage Pool Boron Concentration
The fuel storage pool boron concentration shall be ≥ 2150 ppm.
APPLICABILITY: Whenever any fuel assembly is stored in the fuel storage pool.
3.7.17 Spent Fuel Assembly Storage
The combination of initial enrichment, burnup, and decay time of each fuel assembly stored in each of the four regions of the fuel storage pool shall be within the acceptable burnup domain for each region show in (figures) and described in Specification 4.3.1.1
APPLICABILITY: Whenever any fuel assembly is stored in the fuel storage pool.
3.1.100 Flow Paths – Shutdown
As a minimum, one of the following boron injection flow paths shall be FUNCTIONAL:
a. If only the spent fuel pool in TLCO 3.1.104.a. is FUNCTIONAL, a flow path from the spent fuel pool via gravity feed connection and a charging pump to the RCS.
b. If only the refueling water tank in Specification 3.1.104.b. is FUNCTIONAL, a flow path from the RWT via either a charging pump, HPSI or LPSI pump to the RCS.
APPLICABILITY: MODES 5 and 6
3.1.101 Flow Paths – Operating
At least two of the following three boron injection flow paths shall be FUNCTIONAL:
a. A gravity feed flow path from either the RWT or the SFP through CH-536 and a charging pump to the RCS
b. A gravity feed flow path from the RWT through CH-327 and a charging pump to the RCS
c. A flow path from either the RWT or SFP through CH-164, utilizing gravity feed and a charging pump to the RCS.
APPLICABILITY: MODES 1, 2, 3, and 4.
3.7.13 Engineered Safety Feature (ESF) Pump Room Exhaust Air Cleanup System (PREACS)
Two ESF PREACS trains shall be OPERABLE.
APPLICABILITY: MODES 1, 2, 3, and 4.
3.9.104 Fuel Building Essential Ventilation System (FBEVS)
Two FBEVS trains shall be OPERABLE.
APPLICABILITY: During movement of irradiated fuel assemblies in the Fuel Building.
3.7.11 Control Room Essential Filtration System (CREFS)
Two CREFS trains shall be OPERABLE
Note: Control Room Envelope boundary may be opened intermittently under administrative control
APPLICABILITY: All MODES
3.7.205 Control Room Emergency Air Temperature Control System (CREACTS)
The control room air temperature shall be maintained less than or equal to 80F
