signs of EPS
These symptoms include:
dystonia (continuous spasms and muscle contractions),
akathisia (motor restlessness),
parkinsonism (characteristic symptoms such as rigidity, bradykinesia (slowness of movement), and tremor)
tardive dyskinesia (irregular, jerky movements).
signs of NMS
Muscular rigidity (typically, “lead pipe” rigidity) Hyperthermia (temperature >38°C) Diaphoresis. Pallor. Dysphagia. Dyspnea. Tremor. Incontinence.
phenytoin
