Air rights
Allow the owner to right to reasonable use of the airspace for light and air
Appurtenances
Rights, privileges, or improvements that belong to and run with property. Such as easements, rights of way, water rights, mineral rights
Improvements
Additions to raw land such as buildings, streets, sewers, etc.
Land
Includes the surface of Earth plus everything attached to Earth by nature, space above earth (air rights), and below earth (mineral rights)
Real Estate
Land and the improvements or tenements attached to it by nature or by man
Subsurface rights
The right of the owner to use land below the earth’s surface
Tenements
Everything of a permanent nature attached to the land; for example; a house or building
