Treatment: anticholinergic agents
Tardive dyskinesia (onset 3-6 months or longer, 20-40% incidence in elderly females)
D2 receptor supersensitivity?
Involuntary movements of orofacial muscles, choreathetoid movements
Treatment: rarely effective, prevention best strategy
