assess stability of knee to medial and lateral stresses using valgus and varus forces in 20 degrees of flexion
how do you cruciate ligaments
place knee in 90 degrees of flexion and sit on patients foo- pull and push the tibia
how do you check for joint effusion
patellar tap test and cross fluctuation
