What is the difference between a formal work package and a controlled work package?
An FWP coordinates in a single document materials required, initial conditions, MP, test and inspections, and system restoration for the selected maintenance task. A CWP however, is for when a higher level of quality evidence is required for LEVEL I, SUBSAFE, Nuclear, or Safety of Flight critical systems are being worked on.
When are pen and ink changes allowed to a Formal Work Package?
Minor administrative details that do not change the scope and/or intent of the FWP.
