■ Symptoms:Precursorlesion,itching/burning under oreskin,ulceration o glans,orprepuce.
■ Clinical ndings:Subtleinduration;smallexcrescence;smallpapule;wartygrowthtoanobviousextensive
carcinomawithsloughing.Necrosisand/orsecondaryinectioninphimotic oreskin.Extendsalongthe
penileshatandinvolvescorporacavernosa.Rarely,bleeding,urinary stula,andurinaryretentionoccur.
■ Distribution: Glans (48%), prepuce (21%), glans and prepuce (9%), prepuce glans and sha t (14%),
coronal sulcus (6%), sha t (< 2%).
■ Metastasis:Inguinallymphnodemetastases;distantsitesrare.
