The belief that boys and girls should have the same opportunities in school has become mainstream thinking.

-Marketization policies have cream-skimming and silt-shifting

Women in positions in power and authority act as positive role models and shows girls its possible to achieve important positions.

2012=rose to 37% and 61%
reinforces the importance of education

-when women get teacher jobs it’s usually in feminine areas this reinforces the stereotypes
