Stereotypes

Ethnocentrism
refers to the tendency to prejudge others on
the basis of their group membership.
Prejudice
refers to prejudicial attitudes, values, or
beliefs that are unspoken and perhaps even outside
conscious awareness.
Implicit prejudice
refers to prejudice that is verbalized
and made public.
Explicit prejudice
refers to unfair treatment of others based
on their group membership.
Discrimination
