A republic that replaced the monarch in Germany in 1919 after the German revolution

Increase in conflict and uprisings
What were the bad things about the treaty of Versailles?
Germany was very unhappy with it and it put Germany in a bad economical postion

In Germany and Italy with Mussolini and Hitler
What was the policy of appeasement?
A policy where countries avoided conflict and it meant aggressive countries achieved their aims
What was the League of Nations? Why did it fail?
Predecessor to the United Nations it failed because countries like America, Italy and Russia left
Why was fascism popular?
People were desperate and many countries were in bad political and economical positions and needed people to lead them
What was the Treaty of Versailles?
A treaty that Germany signed after they lost the war
