Evaluation criteria:

• Quantitative performance improvements of strategy
• Comprehensive application of strategy to entire project
• Applicable to other projects
• Better than standard sustainable practices

IDc1.2 - Exemplary Performance

Awarded if project outperforms requirements of a credit. Can be earned by exceeding requirements of the credit to the next threshold or achieving double credit requirements.

Not available for all credits, not available for any prereqs

IDc1.3 - Pilot Credit

Achieve a pilot credit from USGBC’s LEED Pilot Credit Library

IDc2 - LEED AP+

Answer 4

Accredited Professional must be of correct corresponding specialty.

Must perform principle role in project, his/her certificate must be submitted with the project docs. 1 point max, even w/multiple LEED APs on one project.
