through clinical history and assessment and rapid diagnostic test (best if done within 48 hours)
When is a viral culture/nasopharyngeal swab recommended ?
for high-risk patients, those with severe symptoms, or hospitalized patients with worsening cardiopulmonary disease.

Rest
Hydration

When is Baloxavir Marboxil (Xofluza) contraindicated?
