A

No specific requirement to undertake disability risk assessment
1) Understand purpose - Who is target population etc
2) Check physical/communication/procedural (evacuation process etc) - Will help identify hazards
3) Assess risk and severity
4) Develop mitigation strategies - modify e.g. install ramps, visual aids (Document these)
5) Actively review over period of time - Surveys etc

Below are against the law:
- Direct (protected characteristic) - Also discrimination by association and perception
- Indirect (disadvantaged because protected characteristic)
- Harassment (verbal/physical)
