What is unconscious bias?

What are the types of discrimination?
- Direct - e.g. skin colour and refusing rights
- Indirect - e.g. work policy same for everyone but affects certain people due to characteristic
- Victimisation - e.g. student says racism from tutor and excluded by other staff
- Harassment - e.g. comments on appearance/jokes
