Buildings over 11m
- Communal doors every 3 months - self-closing, no obvious damage
- Flat entrance doors annually - self-closing, no damage
What do responsible persons now need to do monthly on high risk buildings (18m)
Conduct monthly inspections to check all systems working (lifts, fire detection/alarm, smoke control, automatic door opening, smoke control)
