What is Reasonable Adjustment / Accommodation?
This is when the employer is to consider making adjustments to a persons work environment to help support their needs (such as access requirements etc.)
An Employer can discriminate against the person if the adjustment will impose unjustifiable hardship on the employer.
What does an inclusive space mean to you?
A space which provides dignified use to all users, that doesn’t discriminate against age, sexual orientation, gender or religious beliefs.
