Eval: - Metro system has only 2 lines and is small for Rio

The amount of sewage been released into bay has been reduced using overseas aid. 12 new sewage works and more sewage pipes built. Will improve water quality bc it is being treated first and not just being sent into bay

has been ⬇ by building of new power plant using methane gas from rotting rubbish. Help reduce waste poll by using more of the waste so it’s not going to land
Eval: Doesn’t consume ALL of rubbish - favela rubbish goes into water + lots of rubbish
