The pps randomly allocated to a role. Prison built in basement of Stanford uni. Guards told no physical punishment. Guards had wooden batten and reflective glasses to remove eye contact.
Prisoners unexpectedly arrested at home, blind folded. Stood naked in the yard. Photos ect. Only referred to as a number.

A

Guards became more and more verbally aggressive, zim described it as pathology of power.
Was stopped after 6 days, 5 prisoners released even earlier due too extreme emotional depression.
Showed the normal student actually believed they were each role.
