6 Irregularites
A
- Insanity or Psychological infirmity
- Apostasy,heresy or schism
- Attempted Marriage (Either under vows or with someone under vows)
- Willful homicide or abortion (actual procurement or cooperation)
- Grave mutilation of self or other or attempted suicide
- One who has carried out an act of order proper to priesthood or episcopate which not possessing the order or being barred by some declared or imposed penalty

3 Simple Impediments
A
- A man who has a wife, unless bound for permanent diaconate
- One who exercises an office or administration forbidden to clerics of which he must render an account until he has been freed from it
- A neophyte, unless he has been sufficiently tested, by judgment of the ordinary
