  1. Determined to 5. overthrow the PG.
  2. Use of memorable slogans, such as ‘peace,bread and land’ and ‘all power to the Soviet.’ (These slogans appealed to the workers).
  3. Set out Bolshevik policy in his April Theses.
  4. Overvcame resistance from within his party (eg. Kamanev and Zinoviev).
    5.Didn’t comparmise or form a coalition with any other parties on the 26th of October, giving the Bols total authority.

  1. ‘Peace,bread and land’ and ‘All power to the Soviet’ attracted support from workers.
  2. Abandon all co-op with other political parties.
  3. Aimed to overthrow the PG and transfer power to the workers.
  4. Condemned all thaty had happend since the fall of the Tsar.
  5. Work for the true Revolution entirley by their own efforts.
