OAT less than or equal to 5°C in visible moisture (fog w/visibility 1 sm or less, rain, snow, sleet,ice crystals), OAT less than or equal to 5°C on contaminated ramps. If type II, III or IV deicing fluid has been applied, select wing anti-ice ON just prior to thrust increase for takeoff.
