I Don’t Have Time For This. Flashcards
Prospect:
You know I can see this, but I don’t have time to learn the software and learn to use the machine.
(Confused Tone):
Hold on how do you mean you don’t have the time?
Prospect:
We are just at the very busy time of the year.
So how much time do you think you’d need to put into this to start?
Prospect:
Well I really don’t know 10-15 hrs a week, I run cabinet ware and I’d have to up grade to Cabinet Vision.
Well I guess you could do that, I’d say on average people are doing maybe 1 hr/day on software, over 8-12 weeks to get ready for implementing a router which tends to line up well with availability & delivery timelines anyway,
It really just depends though… are you willing to invest a little time so that you can compound your production time
So you can start saving on labor, increase your capabilities & accuracy’s & start making more money like you mentioned you wanted to do.
Or
So that you can learn the skills to run the router allowing you to free up skilled labor, & have more control & accuracy of parts, add making the 1 pc MDF Doors you mentioned you wanted to be able to do.
Would that help you?
