lethargy, weakness, leg cramps, constipation, flaccid paralysis, hyporeflexia, hypertension

A
prolonged PR interval, flatten T waves, ST depression, T wave inversion, prominent U waves

managment
A
k replacment <20 meq/l over 4 hours
IV causes burning
PO refeeding prefered
stop offending drugs
k sparing diuretics
