=>RR syst. > 220mmHg / RR Diast. > 120 mmHg

Hypertensiver Notfall

A

RR nicht zu schnell senken => in 5 mg Schritten (max 25mg). Zieldruck 25% von Ausgansdruck

Def. Hypertonie: 160/90mmHg

Hypertensiver Notfall: RR > 220/120 mmHg + Symptomatik

Rupturgrenze: 230 mmHg syst.
