What is the diagnostic triad for hyperemesis?
5% prer pregnancy weight loss
Dehydration
Electrolyte imbanace
What is the 1st line management of hypermesis?
Antihistamine- usually promethazine
What is the 2nd line management of hperemesis?
Ondansetron, metoclopramide
What is the management of severe hypermeesis?
Admission for IV rehydration and pabrinex

What are some complications of hyperemesis?
Wernicke’s encephalopathy
