Mx - aldosterone antagonists
eplerenone
spironolactone
Mx - treat underlying cause
remove adenoma
percutaneous renal artery angioplasty
pt with high BP not respinding to treatment
screen for hyperaldosteronism with renin:aldosterone ratio
