involuntary- you do not know when they are occurring
why does our body temperature have to be around 37 degrees?
to allow our enzymes to work optimumly and not denature
what physical things happen when you get hot?
- sweat
- get redder
- feel thirsty
what physical things happen when you are cold?
- shivering
- wont be sweating
- urinate more
why when you are hot or cold does your body shiver or sweat?
its your bodies way of bringing things back to the normal level
