The governor is the chief executive officer of the state. They oversee the state bureaucracy, prepare the biennial state budget, propose legislation, appoint cabinet officials and various agencies, exercise veto power, and serve a non-consecutive 4 years term.

40 members and they serve 4 year terms.

100 delegates and serve 2 year terms.

They’re chosen by the Lieutenant governor and the number is based on population.
