A

Yalta Conference- big three set up what the post war world would look like. Winston Churchill british minister, FDR, and Joseph Stalin. Russia forces communism on captured german territory massacring people. Stalin agrees to let poland, hungary, romania have self determination but says that the Red Army will not leave. West Berlin is put under Democratic government surrounded by communist totalitarian regime.
