No! Curriculum wasn’t official and there wasn’t any age groups, meaning toddlers and teenagers could be in the same class.

What is vagabondage?
Someone who wanders place to place and has no job or home.

The poor that can’t physically work due to old age, or physical disability. The ones that deserve help
What is the undeserving/idle poor?
The poor that is poor because of their own actions like lazyness, lack of effort and discipline. The ones that don’t deserve help

A system designed to financially support the poor.
What was the poor rate?
Local tax, and the funds were used to support the poor.
What was the Vagabond act in 1572?
Addressed vagrancy and poverty. Local tax to support the poor through workhouses. The idle poor on the other hand, was harshly punished.

Local tax to help the poor. Was used to distinguish the idle and deserving poor, influencing how aid was being distributed.
