Describe the symptoms of stable angina.
A
- central chest pain
- pain/discomfort radiates to arm/shoulders/jaw
- pain is on exertion, improves with rest

A

- pain is at rest, worsens with exertion

- central chest pain (more severe)

- associated symptoms include severe sweating, pulse increase, anxiety, nausea

A
- FAST
- face drooping but forehead spared
- arms are unable to be raised or grasp hand
- speech slurred or nonexistent

A
- wheezing, coughing and chest tightness
- increased respiratory and heart rate
- fainting, dizziness
- blue lips or fingers

- pain to heat and sweet stimuli
- sharp pain that resolves 10s after stimuli removed
- pain resolves when causative factor (ie caries) is removed

A
- dull aching pain that can be caused by temperature changes
- becomes worse at night/is spontaneous
- pain does not resolve when causative factor is removed
- requires RCT or XLA
