Chronic hepatitis B is the most common cause world wide

chronic hepatitis C being the most common cause in Europe

alcohol,

haemochromatosis (WILSON DISEASE DECEPTION DOES NOT CAUSE HCC!!!)

and primary biliary cirrhosis
