How do deficiency diseases develop?
Deficiency diseases develop when a person is lacking in a particular vitamin.
What is malnourished?
Lacking in a food group.
How can a person be malnourished and fit?
Something to do with missing a food group.
E.G. They could be eating the right amounts of foods from some food groups and exercising well but missing foods from another food group. (missing vitamins, for example)
