How do you undertake a risk assessment?
A
5 step approach:
- Identify hazards
- Identify people at risk
- Evaluate the risk and assess if it can be mitigated.
- If cannot be mitigated how can the risks be reduced (PPE, not inspecting etc.)
- Record findings and inform those affected
