Call ahead, explain that we didn’t have covid or any symptoms, what protection we would put in place. Confirmed with them that they didn’t have it or were vulnerable. Asked them to ventilate the property.

Describe how you do a dynamic risk assessment?

Answer 4

Do as many checks as possible before visiting site. Allow time and travel to site is not too long or rushed. Dynamic when arrive. Allow for changes in environment. Dogs, hostile vendors, safe access and egress.

Lone working. Stay safe track location and motion. Has safety numbers if no contact by agreed times or lack of motion.
