Who are the key persons in GDPR?
Controller - Natural person or legal entity that determines purposes and means of processing personal data
Processor - Natural person or legal entity that processes personal data on behalf of controller (eg call centre acting on behalf of client)
Data Protection Officer - leadership role required and responsible for overseeing the data protection approach, strategy and it’s implementation.
